Quick, easy, and delicious! Our Tomato White Bean Dip combines Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, great northern beans, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic for this tasty dip perfect for a Taco Tuesday appetizer or as a high protein and quick snack throughout the day!

Ingredients:

FOR TOMATO SECRET:

FOR TOMATO WHITE BEAN DIP:

  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Secret Recipe
  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 300 F.
  • Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Pat Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture, as much as possible. Place tomatoes evenly throughout the baking sheet to ensure even baking. Bake tomatoes for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the tomatoes to cool completely.
  • Combine 1/2 cup of the Tomato Secret recipe with all of the ingredients for the Tomato White Bean Dip in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Store remaining Tomato Secret recipe in the refrigerator.

Chef's Tip:

Serve with fresh veggies ad pita bread, or use as a sandwich spread!
