Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery and cook until onion begins to brown, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in garlic and italian seasoning and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
Add turkey and continue cooking until brown, about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and salt. Toss with pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
