Print Recipe Now Ingredients 1 (16 oz.) jar Dei Fratelli Our Original Salsa Medium 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes roughly chopped2 Cups Turkey cooked and diced1 (1 oz.) pouch Taco Seasoning 1/2 Cup Corn drained and rinsed1/2 Cup Black Beans drained and rinsed6 Large Flour Tortillas 2 Cups Queso Fresco crumbled1 1/2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded1/2 Cup Colby Jack Cheese shredded Instructions Preheat oven to 375 F. Place Dei Fratelli Our Original Salsa Medium, Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, turkey, taco seasoning, corn, and black beans in a large saute pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer for 10-15 minutes. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Using 2 tortillas, layer the bottom of the dish. Spread 2/3 cup of the queso fresco on top of the tortillas, covering as much as possible. Take 1/3 of the meat sauce and create another layer on top of the queso fresco. Mix together the monterey jack and colby jack cheeses. Take 2/3 cup of the mixture and sprinkle on top of the meat sauce. Repeat two more times so you have three layers total in the baking dish. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Allow 10 minutes to cool before slicing. Recipe Notes Serve with fresh salsa as a garnish.
