Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Soba Noodles
  • 2 Scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. Ginger Puree
  • 4 tsp. Tamari
  • 4 tsp. Sunflower Oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Chili Paste, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. Sesame Seeds, roasted

Instructions:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together. Let rest for 5 minutes. Combine with soba noodles.
